Description of the CNC Universal Upper Roller Rolling Machine:
1. This machine provide a high-precision pre-bending and freely sets the length of the straight edge; upper roller directly presses on the pre-roll bending, so it can complete the end pre- bending.
2. It is controlled by CN, technological parameters are set on the CN, so the operation is simple with a high productivity.
3. The upper roller has the shape of a drum, and has a roller to coordinate adjustments at the bottom. Products can be produced from lamina to plank.
4. Two rolls are fixed, the upper roll can move up and down or around in order to ensure the security of factory workers.
5. The basis of the overall structure is simple; the movements of the device uses the chassis so the machine doesn’t need foundation bolts.
6. The different processes can be controlled differently: TNC: for a small quantity of different products or BNC: mass production of similar products.
7. Many kinds of shape: O type: back bending; U type: forward bending; R type: combination; cone bending : rolling of different sized cones.
